Tech Twenty One Ltd is committed to conducting business lawfully, ethically and responsibly. These principles apply to our directors, employees, contractors, agents and others acting on our behalf, and guide how we work with customers, suppliers and business partners.

Business ethics

We expect honesty, integrity, fairness and respect in business dealings. Applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations must be followed, records must be accurate, and concerns about unethical or unlawful conduct should be raised promptly.

Anti-bribery and corruption

We do not tolerate bribery or corruption. No person acting for Tech Twenty One may offer, give, request or accept a bribe or improper advantage. Facilitation payments are not permitted. Gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, proportionate, transparent and never intended to improperly influence a decision.

Fraud and financial crime

We take reasonable steps to prevent our business from being used for fraud, money laundering or other financial crime. These may include proportionate customer, supplier and transaction checks, accurate financial records and escalation of unusual or suspicious activity.

Prevention of the facilitation of tax evasion

We do not engage in tax evasion and will not knowingly facilitate another person’s tax evasion. People acting for or on behalf of Tech Twenty One must report suspected wrongdoing. We use proportionate due diligence and contractual protections when engaging third parties.

Conflicts of interest

Personal, financial or other interests that could improperly influence—or appear to influence—a business decision must be disclosed and managed appropriately.

Suppliers and business partners

We aim to work with reputable suppliers and partners that conduct business lawfully and responsibly. We may undertake reasonable due diligence and expect relevant legal, ethical, information-security and confidentiality obligations to be respected.

Data protection and confidentiality

Personal data and confidential business information must be handled carefully, used only for legitimate purposes and protected using reasonable organisational and technical measures. Our handling of personal information is described further in our Privacy Policy.

Raising a concern

Concerns about conduct connected with Tech Twenty One may be reported confidentially to info@techtwentyone.co.uk. Reports made in good faith will be treated seriously, reviewed appropriately and handled as confidentially as circumstances allow.

Our commitment

We review our approach as the business, its relationships and applicable requirements develop. Confirmed breaches may result in corrective action, termination of a relationship or referral to an appropriate authority where necessary.
